The Reiki Master serves as a guide, leading you through a script to access this sacred 'Light,' which is God's healing energy. During the session, you can choose a comfortable position, and the Master will assist you in setting your intention, whether for a positive goal or releasing negativity. Silent communication with Spirit is encouraged to help you visualize your energetic path.
